Krillin is the strongest pure human in the Dragon Ball universe — and has been killed more times than any other character (three confirmed deaths). Despite being outclassed by Saiyans, Namekians, and Androids, Krillin consistently shows up, fights smart, and contributes more than his raw power would suggest. His Destructo Disc is one of the most dangerous techniques in the series — the only ki attack that can cut through anything regardless of power level. He also defeated multiple Cell juniors in the Cell Games, no small feat.
