Overview
Dragon Ball GT is the controversial sequel to DBZ, produced by Toei Animation without Akira Toriyama's direct involvement (he provided character designs but not story). It de-aged Goku back to a child via a wish on the Black Star Dragon Balls and sent him on a new adventure.
GT is divisive: some fans love Super Saiyan 4, the Baby Saga, and the Shadow Dragon arc. Others reject it as non-canon filler. What's undeniable is that SSJ4 remains one of the coolest transformations aesthetically in the franchise.
