Every Dragon Ball fan has that ONE moment that turned them into a lifelong fan. I want to know yours.
For me, it's Gohan going SSJ2 against Cell. The slow build-up across the entire Cell Saga, Goku's sacrifice, Android 16's speech, and then that transformation. The ground cracking, the lightning, Cell's face when he realized he messed up. Nothing in anime has ever hit me that hard since.
But I know the popular answer is Goku's first Super Saiyan transformation on Namek. Krillin's death, the rage, the golden aura — it literally changed anime forever. That scene is probably the single most referenced anime moment in pop culture.
