Power scaling 2026: Is there any mortal who can challenge Whis?

Let's be real about the current power hierarchy. After everything we've seen in Super, the manga, and Daima, Angels are still on a completely different level. Whis casually one-shot Beerus in training. He can rewind time. He moved so fast that Goku and Vegeta couldn't even perceive him. And this is just the stuff we've SEEN. The current mortal top tier looks something like: 1. Goku (Perfected Ultra Instinct) 2. Vegeta (Ultra Ego) 3. Gohan (Beast Form) 4. Broly (Legendary Super Saiyan — untrained potential) 5. Jiren (full power) But even the strongest of these barely scratched Beerus, and Beerus is supposedly weaker than Whis. My question: Is there a theoretical path for any mortal to reach Angel-level power? Goku is essentially learning Angel techniques with UI. Could mastering it fully put him on Whis's level? Or is there a biological ceiling for mortals? What about fusion? Would a Gogeta or Vegito using both UI and UE simultaneously break through? Drop your power scaling takes below.
